Number of Positions: 1 Applicable age(s): 14 to 17 , 18 and over Type of Position: Ongoing Start Date: Flexible End Date: Flexible Shift Frequency: 1 time per week Shift Length: 2-3 hours Shifts at these Times: Afternoon , Evening Shifts on these Days: Tuesday Region: Alberta Groups to Work With: Children (6 - 11 yrs) , Youth (12 - 17 yrs) Sectors to Work In: Education , Human Services Types of Work: Human Services Qualifications: •Ability to organize and implement group activities with children and youth •Knowledge of science activities •Excellent oral and written communication skills complete with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities •A Security Clearance Check and Intervention Record Check that are no more than 12 months old are pre-volunteer conditions Vehicle Required? No Driver's License Required?: No Volunteer Screening: Criminal Record Check (paid for by Agency) , Child Welfare Information Check , Interview , References Training Provided: Hands on training with club coordinator.
